Better Buyer is a rapidly growing real estate investment company that purchases, renovates, and manages residential and commercial properties throughout Connecticut. We generate a high volume of inbound leads and are looking for an experienced Google Ads Manager to take our paid search efforts to the next level.
Position Overview
We are seeking an in-house Google Ads Manager who can build, optimize, and scale profitable PPC campaigns. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands lead generation, conversion tracking, landing pages, and data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube
Monitor budgets and maximize ROI
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
Create and test ad copy, landing pages, and conversion funnels
Set up and manage Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
Continuously improve cost per lead and lead quality
Work directly with ownership and the sales team to align marketing with business goals
Qualifications
3+ years of Google Ads management experience
Proven track record generating leads through paid search
Strong understanding of conversion tracking and analytics
Experience managing monthly ad spend of $5000+
Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations
Experience in real estate lead generation is a major plus
Compensation
Competitive base salary ($50,000+ Bonus)
