<Experience>
Candidates should possess prior experience working in diverse healthcare environments such as hospitals (including ICU, emergency medicine, Level I Trauma Centers), nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home care settings. Experience with specialized populations—including individuals with developmental disabilities, dementia or Alzheimer’s disease—will be highly valued. Proficiency in using EMR/EHR systems like Cerner or eClinicalWorks is preferred. A strong foundation in medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, basic life support (BLS), and infection control practices is essential. Additional experience in phlebotomy, medication administration, catheter care, and working within trauma or behavioral health settings will enhance candidacy. Candidates must demonstrate excellent caregiving skills, compassion for seniors and vulnerable populations, and a commitment to maintaining patient safety through proper aseptic technique and adherence to HIPAA standards. Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
