Laundry Attendant
Luxe Cleaning is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to wash, dry, fold, and organize linens and towels used in vacation rental properties. This position plays an important role in keeping our inventory clean, organized, and ready for daily operations.
Schedule: Monday–Wednesday, afternoon to evening; Thursday–Sunday, morning to evening. Flexible scheduling is available.
Responsibilities
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens and towels.
- Follow proper washing and drying instructions for different items.
- Inspect clean laundry for stains, damage, or excessive wear.
- Organize and store folded laundry in designated areas.
- Maintain accurate linen and supply organization.
- Report low inventory, missing items, damaged linens, and supply needs to management.
- Keep the laundry area and equipment clean and organized.
- Safely load, unload, and transport laundry using carts when needed.
- Follow all safety procedures for handling laundry equipment and detergents.
- Complete assigned laundry within the required timeframe.
Requirements
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to safely lift and move loads of laundry.
- Comfortable operating residential washers and dryers.
- Able to follow instructions and communicate inventory concerns to management.
- Previous laundry or hospitality experience is helpful but not required; training will be provided.
Pay: $25.00 per hour
