Duties
- Manage overnight front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, including billing, reservations, and account adjustments to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Monitor security systems, CCTV footage, and conduct property inspections to maintain safety standards throughout the hotel premises
- Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, or emergencies with a positive attitude and effective problem-solving skills
- Maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure seamless communication between shifts
- Handle multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and professionally
- Support guest relations by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and ensuring a memorable stay
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably in a resort or similar setting
- Strong knowledge of night audit procedures, hotel management software, and financial reconciliation processes
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and ability to handle diverse guest needs
- Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly desirable to assist a diverse clientele
- Exceptional communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high standards of hospitality and safety
- Prior experience in guest services, hotel management, or related roles is preferred
