Who We’re Looking For:
We're seeking a motivated Dental Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. You are someone who:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the doctor in all chairside procedures, including implant surgeries and cosmetic cases
- Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure instruments and equipment are properly set up
- Maintain operatory cleanliness and instrument sterilization per OSHA guidelines
- Take and process digital X-rays and intraoral photos
- Willingness to learn 3D printers and post processing
- Support front office when needed and maintain smooth patient flow throughout the day
- Help mentor new team members and participate in ongoing training and development
- Maintain inventory and restock supplies as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Dental Assistant certification for the state of California
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience preferred (implant experience is a plus, but not required)
- Radiology and CPR certified
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A growth mindset and passion for dentistry

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
