Road-Mart, Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Tire Technician to join our team at our Troy, AL location. This position offers competitive pay based on experience, performance-based bonus opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a service truck and perform daily farm and commercial tire service calls.
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial, agricultural, and OTR (Off-The-Road) tires.
- Provide professional customer service at customer locations.
- Participate in a rotating after-hours emergency service call schedule.
- Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices.
- Complete service documentation and maintain company equipment.
Qualifications:
- Previous commercial tire service experience required.
- OTR tire experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy tires and perform physically demanding work.
- Dependable work ethic and strong customer service skills.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
