PROPERTY MANAGER — Paramount Property Services | Phoenix, AZ 85044
Paramount Property Services is a boutique residential real estate brokerage seeking an experienced, licensed Property Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes genuine pride in delivering exceptional service to property owners and residents alike. This is not an entry-level position. You will own the full cycle of property management operations and be held to a high standard of professionalism, responsiveness, and accountability. This is an in-person position, not hybrid or remote.
Arizona Real Estate License is REQUIRED.
About the Role
The Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a residential portfolio across the greater Phoenix metro area, including leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance coordination, risk management, expense control, revenue enhancement, capital improvements, owner reporting, and full compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
You will work directly with vendors, warranty providers, and attorneys, and will be responsible for collecting and posting payments, managing tenant delinquencies, serving legal notices, coordinating evictions, and conducting move-in and move-out inspections. This position requires occasional local travel to properties throughout the Phoenix metro area. A reliable personal vehicle is required.
This Role Is Not for Everyone
Property management is a demanding, high-accountability profession. You will be expected to respond to time-sensitive situations, manage difficult conversations with tenants and vendors, meet strict legal deadlines, and maintain meticulous records. If you are looking for a relaxed position with minimal pressure, this is not the right fit. If you are someone who takes ownership, enjoys problem-solving, and holds yourself to a high standard without being told to, we want to hear from you.
