Massage Envy is seeking motivated, energetic, and sales-focused professionals to join our team at our busy clinic in Newport News, VA.
This is a sales-focused position for individuals who enjoy building relationships, helping clients achieve their wellness goals, and earning bonuses based on performance

What You'll Earn:
- Competitive hourly pay of $14.00 - $15.50 per hour

What You'll Do:
- Help clients begin and continue their wellness journey
- Educate clients on memberships, services, and wellness programs
- Recommend products and retail solutions
- Book appointments and manage schedules
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients
- Build strong client relationships that drive retention
- Contribute to clinic sales goals and membership growth
- Support daily clinic operations and maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment for clients and team members
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Preferred: Sales experience with a track record of building client relationships, achieving goals, selling memberships, retail products, service upgrades, or other customer-focused solutions
- Customer service, retail, and hospitality experience are also highly valued
- Is comfortable discussing memberships and recommending solutions
- Is goal-oriented and motivated by incentives
- Has strong communication and computer skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Works well with a team and brings positive energy every day
Schedule:
- Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available
- Day, Evening, Weekend, and Holiday Shifts Available
