Join our dynamic team as a Lot Porter/Detailer and play a vital role in maintaining the appearance and organization of our vehicle lot. As a Lot Porter/Detailer, you'll be responsible for ensuring vehicles are clean, presentable, and ready for customers, while also assisting with lot organization and vehicle movement. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, buffing
- Maintain the cleanliness of the lot by sweeping, trash removal, and general janitorial duties to ensure a professional appearance
- Assist with vehicle movement around the lot, including parking and retrieval for customer viewings or test drive
- Support lot organization by ensuring vehicles are properly parked and displayed according to company standards
- Maintain safety protocols during all activities to ensure a secure environment for team members and visitors
Qualifications
- Previous experience in car wash, detailing, or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving various types of vehicles is a plus
- Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques including buffing, general vehicle
- Reliable, detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills and a proactive attitude
- Must know how to use extractor machine for cleaning seats, carpet, etc.
