The Receptionist is a valuable member of our Animal Care and Control team who with general supervision provides receptionist, call routing and clerical support for the Animal Care and Control Program. Performs office work including answering and routing incoming phone calls, faxes, mail and emails, greeting and assisting customers and receiving appropriate forms, documents and fees, performing data entry, document creation and scanning.
Scheduled Hours: 37.5 hours per week
