We are hiring a Driver & Certified Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Technician for our Irving location.
Job Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
- Carpet/upholstery cleaning certification (preferred/required)
Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Technician – Job Duties
- Drive company vehicle safely to residential and commercial job sites.
- Follow our company guidelines for daily expectations
- Operate professional carpet and upholstery cleaning equipment not truck mounted
- Clean as assigned.
- Deliver excellent customer service by being courteous, professional, and respectful at all times.
- Complete job paperwork, invoices, and service reports accurately.
- Collect customer payments when required.
- Maintain company vehicles, cleaning equipment, hoses, and tools in clean, safe working condition.
- Follow all company safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and manufacturer recommendations.
- Wear proper uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain punctuality and communicate with dispatch regarding job status and scheduling..
- Report equipment issues, vehicle maintenance needs, or customer concerns promptly.
- Keep work areas clean and leave every job site in excellent condition.
- Represent the company professionally and help maintain a positive reputation.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to push and pull cleaning equipment and hoses.
- Ability to bend, kneel, climb stairs, and stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Preferred Skills
- IICRC Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) certification (preferred or required).
- Experience operating truck-mounted carpet cleaning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, honest, and dependable.
