North Peak Associates LLC is looking for a survey crew chief. Must have strong math, communication, and organizational skills, with a willingness/enthusiasm to work outdoors and in a professional office environment on a wide variety of projects. Trimble GPS/RTK, Robotic Total Station experience a plus.
This position works as a head of a survey crew to perform boundary, topographical, and commercial and residential construction surveys. This position is also responsible for offering direction and guidance to technicians and ensures that crews adhere to procedures set by the company, state statutes, and the survey industry. This is a full-time, benefited position.
What You Bring to the Team:
- 4-year survey experience and/or LSIT strongly desired
- Knowledge of boundary law, construction calculations, and research methods.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented individual with the ability to work on challenging projects in a team environment
- Knowledge of Trimble surveying equipment and software.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in all types of weather
- Ability to maintain relationships with fellow employees and clients
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Insurable driving record
