We are looking for an innovative, highly efficient recruiter with exceptional communication skills and relentless drive to help us capture top-tier talent. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our Early Careers hiring initiatives—specifically driving our high-impact Internship and Fellows programs. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough recruiter phone screens and behavioral evaluations for high-volume Internship and Fellows candidate pools.
- Manage dynamic candidate pipelines through all selection stages, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
- Coordinate and administer digital assessment tools (HireVue), including invite management, status tracking, issue resolution, and candidate follow-ups.
- Drive structured candidate engagement and 'keep-warm' campaigns to ensure high touchpoints and low fallout rates.
- Facilitate end-to-end interview management, including panel coordination, schedule alignment, and final-round logistics.
- Support execution of career fairs, university networking events, and employer branding initiatives.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, real-time status updates, and compliance within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Partner collaboratively with hiring managers and lead recruiters to align on selection criteria and accelerate time-to-fill.
- Administer broader Talent Attraction operations, including posting requisitions to niche job boards, monitoring shared team inboxes, and generating system reports.
