We are a small, creative and nurturing preschool looking to hire teaching assistants to begin working during our summer camp program in July. Hours will generally be 9am-3pm, with occasional 8 am starts.
This opportunity involves working with children ages 2-5 in a multi-age space and all aspects of caregiving: snacks, diapering (the younger children) and nap times. It also involves setting up creative and sensory themed activities for the children to engage with. We go outside to local playgrounds everyday.

Candidate Must:
- Genuinely love working with children
- Be energetic and ready to learn
- Be patient and caring
- Be reliable and committed
- Be comfortable in a child-led environment
- Be willing to work through online trainings
Ideal Candidate Will:
- Already have fingerprints taken for the Department of Health
- Have CPR Training
- Have previous experience with this age range in a preschool or summer camp
- Be confident with groups of children and with classroom management
All candidates will need to have their fingerprints taken (reimbursed with first paycheck) for background check and submit a medical form.
