The Role
As a Home Exterior Sales Associate, you'll run in-home appointments with homeowners, assess their roofing and exterior needs, present our Protection Plan solutions, and close deals. This is a field-based role — you'll be out in the neighborhoods we serve, building trust, solving problems, and representing Red Bird the right way.
What You'll Do
- Run pre-set and qualified in-home appointments with homeowners
- Perform roof and exterior assessments
- Present Red Bird's Protection Plans (including our Malarkey Lifetime Roofing options)
- Guide homeowners through the replacement process
- Build a pipeline through referrals, door knocking, and community presence
- Keep your pipeline updated in our CRM
- Hit weekly and monthly sales targets
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of in-home or outside sales experience (roofing/construction a plus, not required)
- Confident presenter — you can explain value and handle objections without pressure tactics
- Self-starter with strong follow-through
- Valid driver's license
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed (that's when homeowners are home)
- Coachable — we have a defined process that works, and we want someone who'll run it
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
