Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dependable Removal Technician to join our team! Duties
- Safely operate different types of passenger vehicles including vans, shuttle buses, limousines, or other client-specific transport vehicles.
- Load, secure, and unload items or equipment with proper manual handling techniques to prevent damage or injury.
- Navigate local driving routes efficiently using GPS navigation systems while adhering to all traffic laws and transportation regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, assisting with their needs, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability.
- Assist with the organization of removal schedules, coordinate pickups and drop-offs, and keep accurate logs of deliveries.
- Follow all safety protocols related to heavy lifting, passenger transportation, and vehicle operation to ensure a secure working environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or shuttle driver with knowledge of GPS navigation systems.
- Valid driver’s license suitable for operating passenger vehicles such as vans, buses, or limousines; chauffeur or bus driving experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of local driving routes along with familiarity with state transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team coordination.
- Previous experience in medical transportation or paratransit services is a plus.
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance basics to ensure operational safety.
- A clean driving record demonstrating adherence to traffic laws and client confidentiality standards.

Pay: $26.89 - $32.39 per hour
