Duties
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring quick resolution of inquiries and issues
- Assist clients with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting to enhance their experience
- Engage in outbound calling to follow up on customer requests, gather feedback, or promote relevant services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our CRM system using Microsoft Office tools
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately when required Deposits
- Analyze customer feedback and interaction data to identify trends and suggest improvements for service delivery

Qualifications
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency in English plus at least one additional language is highly preferred
- Prior experience in call center environments or customer support roles is advantageous
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell or recommend suitable products/services
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills for data management
- Experience with outbound calling campaigns and call center operations is a plus
- Attention to detail in data entry tasks such as typing and record keeping
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
