Job Overview
We’re currently hiring a Plant Operations / Maintenance Supervisor at Mariella at Reno to help ensure our community stays well-maintained, and welcoming for our residents, guests, and team members.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee interior and exterior maintenance, including groundskeeping
- Supervise, train, and support the maintenance team
- Track department expenses, records, and documentation
- Partner with community leadership to ensure a safe, efficient environment
- Manage the maintenance department budget
- Coordinate service and repairs with outside vendors for mechanical systems
- Ensure compliance with fire, life safety, and regulatory inspections
What You Bring
- 2+ years of maintenance experience (senior living or multi-unit preferred)
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Boiler license preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Pay: $28.00 - $32.91 per hour
