AT&T Wireless Associate Responsibilities:
- Work closely with customers to manage their accounts in detail and support them in the service they are seeking for new telecommunication products
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase brand awareness and services to customers
- Proactively identify customers needs and offer tailored customized solutions, while building value in the products and services we offer
- Service as the main point of contact for customers and their leading account manager on service inquiries and questions
- Maintain up-to-date customer records and sales transactions
- Connect with other team members to continuously train on new products available to increase skills and knowledge in this role
AT&T Wireless Associate Qualifications:
- Experience in an account manager, sales, customer service, similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with team members and customers
- Strong motivation and a results-driven mindset
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at a time
