The Service Drive Sales Concierge is responsible for generating vehicle sales opportunities through the dealership’s service department by proactively engaging with service customers and identifying upgrade, trade-in, and purchase opportunities. This role focuses heavily on customer interaction on the service drive, relationship development, and utilizing dealership CRM and equity-mining tools to target customers who are in a favorable position to purchase or trade vehicles.
This individual acts as a liaison between the Service and Sales departments to create a seamless customer experience while increasing customer retention and dealership sales performance.
Please note this is not a salesperson position. This role is centered around business development and customer engagement within the service department, with the goal of identifying opportunities and seamlessly introducing customers into the sales process. The ideal candidate is energetic, outgoing, self-motivated, and confident interacting with customers daily on the service drive. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to break into the automotive sales industry and develop long-term sales skills in a customer-focused environment. Compensation includes a base salary plus commission, with the majority of earning potential tied to performance and results.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Actively engage every customer visiting the service department to create relationships and identify vehicle needs.
- Maintain a visible presence on the service drive throughout the day.
- Identify customers who may benefit from trading, upgrading, or replacing their current vehicle based on equity position, service history, mileage, age of vehicle, lease maturity, or repair recommendations.
- Utilize CRM systems, equity mining software, DMS tools, and service data to proactively target qualified customers.
- Generate appointments and introductions for the sales team.
- Conduct outbound communication through phone, text, and email campaigns to service customers.
- Work closely with service advisors and sales managers to maximize opportunities within the service lane.
- Ensure all customer interactions and follow-up activities are properly documented within the CRM.
- Assist in improving customer retention, loyalty, and overall dealership experience.
- Follow dealership processes, compliance standards, and customer satisfaction expectations.

- Previous experience in a customer facing, customer service role highly preferred.

- Bilingual would be preferred but not required.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
