All Industrial Tool Supply is a growing industrial distributor serving machine shops and manufacturers throughout Southern California and across the United States. We specialize in metalworking tools, industrial supplies, and inventory management solutions, including industrial vending and vendor-managed inventory (VMI) programs.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Vending Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations and continued growth of our vending and inventory solutions department.
Position Summary
The Vending Operations Coordinator will support the day-to-day administration and operation of industrial vending and VMI programs. This role works closely with customers, internal sales teams, warehouse operations, purchasing, and inventory management to help ensure customer programs run smoothly and efficiently.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple projects and operational tasks at the same time.
Responsibilities
- Support daily operations of industrial vending and VMI programs
- Coordinate vending machine replenishment and inventory activity
- Monitor inventory levels and usage trends
- Assist with onboarding and setup of new customer locations
- Coordinate machine installations, moves, and service requests
- Work with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure product availability
- Maintain accurate records of machine locations, inventory, and customer program details
- Assist with customer support and issue resolution
- Help improve operational processes and program efficiency
- Prepare reports and assist with inventory analysis
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Comfortable working with inventory systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
- Customer service or operations experience preferred
- Industrial distribution, vending, inventory management, or manufacturing experience is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic computer systems

Location
Southern California – based out of our headquarters with occasional customer site visits as needed.
Pay: $36,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
