Caregiver (Home Care Aide) – Orange County
At Parentis Home Care, you are part of a coordinated care team supporting clients across the full care continuum—including home health, hospice, and care management. Our caregivers are trusted team members who deliver consistent, high-quality support that preserves dignity, promotes independence, and strengthens families.
We are currently hiring experienced caregivers to support clients throughout Orange County with flexible short shifts (1–4 hours), as well as ongoing care needs.
What You’ll Do
- Provide safe, reliable care by following each client’s individualized care plan
- Support clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meal prep)
- Encourage independence while ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity
- Build professional, trusted relationships with clients and their families
- Provide companionship and observe/report any changes in condition
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and transportation to appointments or errands
- Maintain a clean and safe home environment (light housekeeping)
- Document care accurately and communicate updates with the care team
Schedule & Coverage
- Flexible 1–4 hour shifts available (morning, afternoon, evening)
- Opportunities for ongoing and longer-hour cases as available
- Service area spans Orange County
- Mileage reimbursement provided between client visits
What We’re Looking For
- Active Home Care Aide (HCA) registration with the California Department of Social Services
- Current TB clearance and physician’s statement of good health
- Valid CA Driver’s License and auto insurance
- CPR certification (American Heart Association preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of caregiving or direct care experience
- Strong communication skills and professionalism
- Ability to work independently while following care plans and HIPAA standards

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
