Registered Dietitian
Job Summary:
Lamar Estates, a leading Assisted Living Facilities organization, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Dietitian to join our team. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans for residents, taking into account their unique needs, preferences, and dietary restrictions
Conduct nutrition assessments and evaluations to identify nutritional needs and create personalized plans
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
Provide education and support to residents, families, and staff on nutrition-related topics
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, research, and best practices to continuously improve resident care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall Resident experience
Requirements:
Current registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or eligibility for registration
Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
