Elevare Management is seeking a motivated AT&T Team Member to represent AT&T Fiber and help customers discover high-speed internet solutions that fit their needs.
In this role, you'll engage directly with customers, educate them on AT&T Fiber services, and assist them in selecting the best plan for their household or business. No prior sales experience is required—we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
Responsibilities of the AT&T Team Member
- Engage with customers in person to learn about their internet needs and introduce AT&T Fiber solutions.
- Build meaningful conversations that identify customer priorities and recommend the most suitable AT&T Fiber plans.
- Explain AT&T Fiber features and benefits in a clear, relatable, and customer-focused manner.
- Guide customers through the enrollment process, ensuring accuracy and a positive experience.
- Follow up with prospective customers, answer questions, and provide additional information as needed.
- Stay informed about AT&T Fiber products, promotions, and service offerings.
- Track customer interactions and maintain organized records throughout the sales process.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on achieving individual and team goals.
Qualifications of the AT&T Team Member
- Interest in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles; previous experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn product information quickly and confidently present solutions to customers.
- Organized and detail-oriented with effective time management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated with a desire to grow professionally and develop sales expertise.
Pay: $900.00 - $1,500.00 per week
