- Handle transactions, verify tickets, answer questions about sports betting, and maintain compliance with all gaming regulations and internal controls.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current sporting events, betting lines, and house policies.
- Ensure the integrity of all transactions and report any suspicious activity or discrepancies immediately.
- Provide courteous, efficient, and professional service to guests at all times.
Qualifications:
- Ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, and sit/stand for long periods of time.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Sportsbook and cash handling experience preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of computers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Michigan Gaming Control Board, in accordance with state regulations.
