Representative Duties/Assignments
The Toll Booth Operator shall be able to take credit card payments via a handheld point of sale device for parking expenses, prepare parking lots and garages for event operations. Direct traffic entering and leaving parking facilities. Provides direct customer service including verbal or written directions to venues and facilities, status of lots and garages, safety hazards, customer problems, law enforcement or traffic control issues, and other related information.
Involves performing duties under adverse conditions such as exposure to exhaust fumes, excessive noise, working in confined areas, exposure to outdoor conditions including inclement weather, and standing/walking for extended periods of time."
Work is performed under the general supervision of the assigned Supervisor and is evaluated for attention to detail and accuracy through observations and work performance.
Minimum Qualifications
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and six months’ cash handling or customer service experience.
Must have the ability to learn and operate:
- Two-Way Radio
- Automated Parking System
- Point of Sale System
Must be available to work a flexible schedule based upon show activity, including early mornings, late evenings,
weekends and/or holidays and able to work outdoors as applicable.
Have the ability to work with guests in a professional and courteous Center of Hospitality manner.

Microsoft Office proficiency
Hospitality industry and/or parking/traffic operations experience
The ability to work weekday shifts
