Shift Manager/Leader
Duties:
- Oversee operations of the establishment
- Manage and lead a team of employees
- Ensure high-quality customer service is provided at all times
- Monitor financial performance and make necessary adjustments to improve profitability
Experience:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry & food production
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
