Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Lube/ entry level Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing essential vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes, tire services, fluid checks and basic vehicle inspections while ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, hardworking, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine oil changes and vehicle maintenance services efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct tire services, including rotations, repairs, and replacements.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with advisors about vehicle needs and recommendations.
- Assist with shop maintenance, cleaning, taking out trash and scrap tires.
- Engage in heavy lifting as required during service tasks.
- Assisting other technicians.
Skills
- Must be at least 18 years old and pass a drug screening.
- Previous automotive experience is preferred but not required. - We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance procedures.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with advisors.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as part of routine job functions.
- Be comfortable working in a non climate-controlled environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.75 per hour
