Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Building Services Technician to maintain clean, safe, and efficient facilities. This role is responsible for providing quality custodial services, completing routine maintenance tasks, and supporting a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and is committed to maintaining high standards of facility care.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain assigned buildings, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning windows and restrooms.
- Collect and dispose of trash and recyclable materials from assigned areas.
- Perform floor care, including stripping, waxing, carpet cleaning, and polishing.
- Set up and arrange rooms for meetings and events as needed.
- Replace light bulbs and perform basic facility upkeep.
- Shop for supplies and equipment as requested.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- One year of experience in custodial services, building maintenance, or a related field preferred.
- Any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the position will be considered.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Pay: $14.25 - $17.82 per hour
