Construction Project Manager – Residential Rehabs

Global Equity Solutions (GES) acquires, renovates, and manages single-family homes throughout the Cleveland area. We are a growing real estate investment company focused on transforming distressed properties into quality homes and long-term investments.
We are looking for a hands-on Construction Project Manager who takes ownership, communicates proactively, solves problems, and keeps projects moving from acquisition through completion.

Responsibilities
- Manage multiple residential renovation projects simultaneously.
- Lead and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules with ownership.
- Order materials and ensure projects never stop due to lack of planning.
- Conduct daily job site visits and quality inspections.
- Coordinate city permits and inspections.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines.
- Identify issues early and provide solutions before they become problems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards.
- Provide daily updates to ownership, including:
- Progress photos
- Work completed
- Material needs
- Budget updates
- Inspection status
- Upcoming work
Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential construction or renovation project management experience.
- Strong understanding of residential construction, including framing, plumbing, electrical, drywall, finishes, roofing, and permitting.
- Experience managing multiple renovation projects simultaneously.
- Ability to lead crews and hold subcontractors accountable.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable making decisions and solving problems independently.
- Experience using Buildertrend, DoorLoop, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar project management software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
