Lead the accounting function and oversee a high-performing accounting team- Own financial reporting, including investor and external reporting requirements
- Oversee residential real estate accounting, including HUD reporting and compliance
- Partner closely with the CFO on cash flow, financial strategy, and continued growth
- Drive process improvements, strengthen controls, and create scalable accounting infrastructure
10+ years of progressive accounting experience within real estate- Strong residential real estate and HUD experience
- Proven experience leading and developing accounting teams
- Experience with investor and external financial reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or Master’s preferred
