Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented Room Attendants for the Hyatt Place Seattle Downtown in Seattle, WA.

Schedule:
This position requires flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and some holidays.
Typical shifts are:
- Weekdays: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Schedules are assigned based on business needs. Availability to work weekends and some holidays is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Change bed linens and make beds
- Replace used towels and replenish bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.)
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms
- Sweep and mop floors
- Vacuum carpets
- Dust furniture and surfaces
- Ensure all assigned rooms are clean, stocked, and guest-ready by the end of each shift
- Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards promptly
- Respond to guest requests in a professional and courteous manner
- Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and security procedures
Qualifications:
- At least one (1) year of previous experience as a hotel room attendant or similar role preferred
- Experience using commercial cleaning equipment and products preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet established performance standards
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Physical Requirements:
This position requires continuous movement throughout the shift, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying items weighing up to 25–40 pounds. Candidates must be able to safely perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
