The Assistant Kitchen Manager’s role is to build great team culture and create exceptional guest experiences by:
- Upholding and instilling the highest food quality standards in every item we serve.
- Writing HOH schedule, regular ordering, management of interviews and Sully's training
- Maintain daily food safety reviews, cooler cleanliness & organization, kitchen supplies purchase tracking and pars; Manage kitchen and dairy/produce cooler
- Assist in maintaining ticket times, health codes, waste log, linen par management, cost line checks, shift notes, prep lists, and to-go supplies cost
- Drive efficiency in our culinary operations.
Qualifications
- Experience overseeing day-to-day culinary operations in a high-volume, fast-paced, scratch kitchen
- Knowledge of cost and labor systems
- A passion for food and creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to maintain high health standards.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must hold a current ServeSafe Certification.
- Must be available to work weekends.
- Able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
- Able to reach, bend, and stoop regularly.
- Must be able to stand for long periods, up to 8 hours or more.
- Proficient in reading and writing English.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Proven experience in culinary management.
This is a full-time, salaried position offering $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year, plus bonuses.
