What You’ll Do
As a residential cleaner, you’ll handle:
- Standard cleaning and deep cleaning services
- Bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, floors, and common areas
- Detail work (baseboards, buildup removal, high-touch areas)
- Following Spots checklists and quality standards
- Reporting any issues, damage, or client notes
- Maintaining a professional, respectful presence in clients’ homes

Requirements
- Residential cleaning experience (required)
- Reliable transportation and a smartphone
- Your own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and meet quality expectations
- Willingness to complete a background check
- General liability insurance (preferred)
Contractor Notes (Important)
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. You choose your availability and accept jobs based on your schedule. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and expenses.
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
