Studio Sales & Client Experience Specialist
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and create an exceptional first impression.
- Educate clients about our whitening services and products.
- Recommend services and memberships based on each client’s needs.
- Perform professional teeth whitening treatments (training provided).
- Manage appointment scheduling and client follow-ups.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment.
- Assist with inventory management and daily studio operations.
- Help grow sales through outstanding customer service and relationship building.
- Support marketing initiatives by capturing occasional photos or videos for social media when needed.
- paid Teeth Whitening Training Provided.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or beauty/wellness is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Comfortable talking with clients and recommending services.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently and take initiative during slower periods.
- Weekend availability is preferred.
