Job Overview
The Maintenance Staff of Halelani Village at Puhi is a full-time paid representative of the Board of Directors and the Association of Apartment Owners. He/she is charged with on-site maintenance of the project and will have such duties and responsibilities as the Resident Manager and the Board of Directors may from time to time delegate. In carrying out these duties and responsibilities, the maintenance staff shall be ever cognizant of the potential consequences of his/her actions from a liability standpoint and to minimize the possibility of legal action or insurance claims for alleged improper acts. The Maintenance Staff shall take direction and supervision directly from the Resident Manager, including but not limited to the list of duties that follows.
Responsibilities
- The Maintenance Staff is responsible for the satisfactory completion of all maintenance and custodial duties requested by the Resident Manager and/or the Board of Directors. The Maintenance Staff are responsible for carpentry, minor electrical, & minor plumbing/light masonry work. He/she shall exercise overall control of the physical upkeep of the common elements, appurtenances and equipment on a continuing, cost-effective, programmed basis in accordance with established standards of safety, sanitation, cleanliness and appearance. Upkeep of maintenance vehicles on a daily basis.
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
