Massive Services LLC is hiring experienced Industrial Painters to join our growing team in Western North Dakota. We are looking for dependable individuals with experience operating airless paint sprayers and applying industrial coatings on commercial and industrial projects.
Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, grinding, masking, and priming.
Apply industrial coatings using airless and conventional spray equipment.
Operate, clean, and maintain paint sprayers and related equipment.
Mix paints and coatings according to manufacturer specifications.
Inspect finished work to ensure quality and proper coating thickness.
Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Work efficiently to meet project schedules while maintaining quality workmanship.
Qualifications
Previous industrial painting experience required.
Experience operating airless paint sprayers is required.
Knowledge of industrial coatings, epoxy, urethane, and protective coating systems is preferred.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Must be dependable, motivated, and safety-focused.
Valid driver’s license required.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work.
