Responsibilities
- Actively engage with potential customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new sales opportunities.
- Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits clearly and enthusiastically to meet customer needs and preferences.
- Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline by tracking leads, follow-ups, and closing deals efficiently using CRM software.
- Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining high-end sales standards.
- Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of inventory levels, vehicle specifications, and market trends to provide accurate information to clients.
- Support inventory management efforts by coordinating with the dealership team to ensure optimal stock levels and presentation.
- Develop strong relationships with customers through exceptional customer service, bilingual communication (if applicable), and professional public speaking skills.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement outreach strategies that increase brand awareness and attract diverse clientele.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail automotive sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
- Multilingual capabilities or bilingual proficiency preferred to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software for tracking leads, managing the sales pipeline, and maintaining customer records.
- Strong communication skills including phone etiquette, public speaking, and active listening to build rapport quickly.
- Knowledge of inventory management, retail math, automotive specifications, and dealership operations.
- Ability to perform cold calling confidently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on upselling opportunities that align with client needs.
- Organizational skills necessary for managing appointments, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
