Experienced Screen Printer
Rule Studios is a screen printing and embroidery shop in the Boise area. We print apparel and other items for local businesses, schools, teams, and brands. We're looking for an experienced screen printer who can run production cleanly, hold quality, and keep the floor moving.
This is a hands-on role for someone who already knows the trade. You'll learn the ropes and start print right away.
What you'll do
- Set up and run manual presses for production orders
- Mix and match plastisol colors, including Pantone matching
- Coat, burn, and reclaim screens, and keep screen inventory in order
- Register multi-color jobs and hold tight registration through a full run
- Cure prints correctly and verify cure with a temp gun or test strips
- Inspect prints and catch problems before anything ships
- Keep the swamp room, presses, and work area clean and organized
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of production screen printing experience
- Strong handle on plastisol inks, cure temperatures, and how to troubleshoot a print that isn't holding
- Able to read a work order and pull the right blanks, ink, and mesh
- Reliable, on time, and able to hit deadlines during busy stretches
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of a shift

- Embroidery experience
- Art and file prep (color separations, film output)
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday through Friday with flexibly
