Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Gutter Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gutter installation, repair, and maintenance, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial gutter systems, including seamless gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards.
- Measure and cut materials accurately to ensure a precise fit.
- Use hand and power tools to secure gutters and downspouts safely.
- Inspect job sites and identify any potential issues before installation.
- Work at heights using ladders, scaffolding, and safety harnesses.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure job expectations are met.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in gutter installation or a related trade.
- Proficiency in using tools such as saws, drills, and riveters.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Comfortable working at heights and on ladders.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience with seamless gutters and knowledge of different gutter materials is a plus.
