Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, polished, and hospitality-driven Bartender to join our upscale team. The ideal candidate is passionate about craft cocktails, premium spirits, wine, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for creating expertly crafted beverages while providing attentive, personalized service in a fast-paced, high-end environment. Professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate guest needs are essential.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and precision.
- Deliver exceptional hospitality by engaging guests with professionalism and confidence.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, classic cocktails, and current beverage trends.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentation-ready bar throughout each shift.
- Make thoughtful beverage recommendations and pairings based on guest preferences.
- Accurately process cash and credit card transactions.
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible beverage service.
- Work collaboratively with servers, management, and kitchen staff to provide seamless service.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking, and maintaining proper product rotation.
- Adhere to all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of high-volume bartending experience required; fine dining, luxury hotel, or upscale cocktail bar experience strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of premium spirits, wines, craft cocktails, and classic cocktail preparation.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and polished communication skills.
- Outstanding hospitality mindset with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Experience handling point-of-sale systems accurately.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, upscale environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
