Quake Manufacturing, Inc. has been in business since 1990 and since then, our company has grown to fill over 14,000 square feet of production area. Our customer base has expanded to include markets such as automotive, medical and the fastener industry. Due to our rate of growth, we are looking for additional Swiss Lathe Setup personnel to join our team. You must be able to setup a Star or Citizen Swiss lathe to be considered.
Daily Responsibilities would include but are not limited to
- Program/Setup and run Swiss Lathes *
- Carry out production, inspection, packaging and machine operation duties
- Effectively monitor production equipment
- Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management
- Maintain a safe and clean work space
- Follow established safety rules and regulations
Ideal Candidate for our CNC Swiss Lathe position
- 4 years Swiss Lathe setup experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong knowledge of machines in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to accurately read blueprints
- Committed to quality, safety and communication
- Team-oriented and self-directed
* Programming training is available if required
