Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and presentation, ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to recipes
- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant role
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
