Evening Janitorial Lead
Location: Wyomissing
Time: Monday – Friday | 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Pay: $17.00/hr | Full Time (40 hours)

Your job is to guide the team, maintain quality, and help things run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain designated building areas using company training techniques and chemicals
- Assist the Cleaning Supervisor with team coordination and daily operations across several locations
- Step in and cover shifts for teammates when needed
- Transport and wash company laundry and manage distribution of janitorial supplies and equipment
- Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects when necessary
- Monitor buildings for safety and security, including locking doors and checking for hazards
- Ensure employees follow health and safety procedures
- Identify and report maintenance issues or repair needs
- Communicate with staff to resolve operational or personnel issues
Requirements
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical cleaning tasks
- Valid driver’s license required
