Position responsible for: customer calls, orders, insurance verification, authorizations/ referrals for DME supplies. Complete accurate insurance verification and updating of patient files. Responsible for obtaining all pertinent intake information to enter orders accurately.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Be authorized to work in the US
Willing to work as a team
Bilingual in Spanish a plus
