Flexible Part-Time / Fill-In Cleaning Technician
Potential to Grow Into a Permanent Part-Time Position
Clean & Cozy LLC is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to join our residential cleaning team in the Chaska and surrounding area.
This position will begin as a very part-time, flexible/fill-in role, with the potential for additional hours and possibly a permanent part-time position as our schedule grows and staffing needs change.
This could be a great fit for someone who wants to earn additional income during weekday daytime hours without committing to a full part-time schedule right away.
What the Position Looks Like
- Initially, hours will be as needed for employee call-outs, vacations, new client cleans, and schedule coverage
- Some weeks may have more hours than others
- Additional regular hours may become available
- There is potential for the position to develop into a permanent part-time role
- Work is generally scheduled Monday–Friday between approximately 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- No nights or weekends
- Most cleaning is residential homes in Chaska and surrounding communities
Pay
Approximately $18–$27/hour, depending on training, experience, productivity, and scheduled hours.
Cleaning technicians also keep 100% of their tips.
Paid training is provided.

Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel to client homes in our service area
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of residential cleaning
- Smartphone for scheduling and team communication
- Ability to pass a background check
