We are currently seeking one dependable team member to take ownership of several established cleaning accounts as we continue to expand throughout the Triangle area.
Position Overview
This position is ideal for someone looking for consistent part-time income, flexible scheduling, and independent work.
You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining multiple commercial properties according to company standards and detailed cleaning checklists.
Most shifts will be completed independently, so reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential.
Compensation & Benefits
- Approximately 80 hours per month
- Expected monthly earnings of $1,200–$1,500
- Starting pay based on experience, reliability, and performance

Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain commercial offices and professional facilities
- Vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize surfaces
- Clean and restock restrooms
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists and company standards
- Report maintenance concerns or supply needs
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while on client sites
- Secure buildings according to client procedures when required

Because our employees often work in professional, government, and secure environments, reliability and integrity are extremely important.
If you frequently call out, have unreliable transportation, or struggle with punctuality, this position will not be a good fit.
Preferred Qualifications
- Commercial cleaning experience
- Janitorial experience
- Housekeeping experience
- Custodial experience
Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person who demonstrates reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
