Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with energy, curiosity, and passion for men’s health to step into a Clinic Director role. This position starts part-time, with a clear path to full-time as the clinic grows.
You’ll work closely with our Medical Director and a motivated team while delivering high-impact, concierge-style care in hormone optimization, erectile dysfunction treatment, weight loss, peptides, and performance medicine.
This is not sick care. These patients want to see you — and you’ll see real, tangible improvements in their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and build personalized care plans under the supervision of our Medical Director
- Serve as a positive leader in the clinic — collaborating closely with the Medical Director, Medical Assistants, and Office Admin
- Oversee and administer Hormone Replacement Therapy, including testosterone and adjunct therapies (under physician supervision)
- Provide and oversee Erectile Dysfunction treatments, including Gainwave®, P-Shot®, Trimix, and prescription options
- Oversee Weight Loss, Peptide Therapy, and Vitamin Therapy programs
- Administer IM injections and PRP injections as needed
- Oversee lab operations, including quality control, calibration, and accurate reporting
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership to help grow the clinic
- Participate in community outreach, networking, and local events
- Attend events such as golf tournaments, sporting events, conferences, and health fairs to build relationships and brand awareness
- Address patient or staff concerns with professionalism and care
Qualifications:
- NP or PA degree from an accredited institution
- Active license in good standing
- Strong interest or passion for hormone therapy, peptides, and men’s health
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, confident bedside manner
- Organized with attention to detail and follow up. Passionate, driven and self-starter.
