Soflo Property Management is looking for a hardworking, self-motivated person to keep our apartment properties clean, orderly, and well maintained.
This is a hands-on, physical position for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in making a property look noticeably better. Advanced trade skills are not required. We are looking for someone dependable who continues working productively without needing constant supervision.
Daily Responsibilities
- Blow and sweep walkways, parking areas, and common areas
- Pick up trash, leaves, branches, and exterior debris
- Mop breezeways, laundry rooms, and common areas
- Wipe down laundry machines, doors, railings, windows, and other surfaces
- Pressure clean sidewalks, buildings, patios, and exterior areas
- Perform touch-up painting and basic painting projects
- Move appliances, furniture, supplies, and heavy materials
- Clean vacant apartments and assist with property turns
- Complete simple general repairs using basic hand tools
- Organize maintenance shops and remove unwanted materials
- Report property problems and submit before-and-after photographs
- Travel between assigned properties throughout the day
What We Are Looking For
- Strong work ethic and ability to stay productive without constant supervision
- Takes pride in detailed cleaning—not just quickly passing through a property
- Comfortable working outside in the heat
- Physically capable of lifting and moving at least 50 pounds
- Willing to perform dirty, repetitive, and physically demanding work
- Notices what needs attention and handles it without waiting to be told every step
- Dependable, punctual, and able to complete an assigned property checklist
- Basic experience with painting, cleaning, pressure washing, or hand tools is helpful
- Advanced plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or construction skills are not required

- Ability to travel between properties during the workday
- Authorization to work in the United States
Pay: $18.00 per hour
