Responsibilities
- Install gutters, downspouts, and related exterior components following blueprint specifications and construction plans
- Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, safely and effectively to complete installations
- Measure and interpret dimensional measurements accurately for precise fitting of materials
- Assist with exterior remodeling projects such as siding, windows, or work as needed
- Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper ladder use and handling of construction materials
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work site, disposing of debris and securing tools after each job
Qualifications
- Prior experience with gutter installation or exterior building material installation is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with construction tools including hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and not afraid of heights (ladders go up to 30ft)
- Shop Class in High School is a plus but not required
- Strong safety awareness with proper ladder use
- Excellent customer service skills when interacting with clients during installations
- Construction site experience or background in remodeling projects is helpful but not required
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and work at heights comfortably
